Individual Therapy
Dr. Alexander draws from a variety of therapeutic
strategies in designing the optimal approach for each individual. Such strategies are drawn from
cognitive-behavioral, relationship, psychodynamic, solution-focused,
existential and family systems therapies.
Dr. Alexander works successfully with
individuals suffering from such conditions as anxiety, depression, chronic
pain, grief, addictive problems, identity issues and life stress. The belief in the healing potential of the
therapist-client relationship itself is central to his philosophy of individual
therapy.
